Hammer & Bronze is an ensemble based in the UK that promotes, commissions and performs new music for gamelan, the tuned percussion ensemble of Indonesia.

We offer support and guidance for composers wishing to write for gamelan and provide performance opportunities for their works.

We aim to raise the profile of gamelan amongst musicians and composers in order to encourage the creation of new music for this ensemble.
